My Sports Bar Lakewood/Long Beach’s new hot spot. Yes, we have great drinks. Yes, our food is delicious. Yes, it’s a party but it’s MORE than that. It’s a place to be with your tribe. It’s like a home away from home ‘where everybody knows your name.’ And while it is Irish in theory, it’s less traditional and more modern; like a fun night out in Dublin. 

Our customers are VIPs and we work to make sure your My Sports Bar experience is a memorable one. Whether it’s laughing with fellow patrons at the bar, taking photos in front of our Instagram wall, playing a fun game of pool or reserving an exclusive experience with your friends in our premier Emerald Room, people love the new My Sports Bar .

Tamara Manavi - Owner

Tamara Manavi was born in Los Angeles and raised the Lakewood/Long Beach area. She has been an integral part of our community since she was 14. Before she established a name for herself as an award-winning fitness professional and style icon, she had both a history in bartending and a passion for entrepreneurialism.

Whether it’s health and fitness, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality or the food and beverage industry, Tamara has been known to push limits. She believes – and lives her life – to maximize her own potential and, by proxy, the potential of whatever she’s involved in. She excels beyond expectation.  

When it comes to Tamara, if you know, you know: She keeps her heels and her standards high.

As a wife and mother, she represents a new lifestyle by design. Most of all, she loves to have fun, challenge herself and helps people do the same; motivating others, empowering women, and inspiring those around her to break through their own personal barriers; to persevere, to thrive, to succeed.
